Shipping policy

SHIPPING: 

Worm orders that are received by Sunday afternoon will be packed and sent via express post the following Monday or Tuesday. You should expect your delivery within 1-4 days. All orders require signature on delivery. You will be sent the tracking details for your order via email or text message. Please keep an eye on the tracking and where possible have someone available to collect the order.

If you have any issues with the worms upon receiving them please contact us immediately via email ruralearthworms@gmail.com or phone Rohan on 0415 058 618. Please take photos for evidence as this will help us determine the issue and help speed up the replacement process if we deem the issue was caused during transit.

 

PICK UP: 

If you have selected pick up: 

Worms: worms will be ready on Monday afternoon for collection from our farm in Stony Creek, QLD. Once your order is ready you will be notified via text message with a pick up address. Pick up is via appointment. We are available most days for collection. 

Castings: Worm castings are packed fresh to order and are usually ready for pick up within 2-4days. Once your order is ready you will be notified via text message with a pick up address. Pick up is via appointment. We are available most days for collection.
